1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Caravan in Delhi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our luxury caravan rental services.
2. Booking & Payments
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 25% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance to confirm your reservation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the journey.
- ID Proof: Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) must be provided for all passengers at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are as follows:
- 15+ days before trip: 10% of the total booking amount.
- 7-14 days before trip: 25% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days: No refund of the advance payment.
4. Code of Conduct
- No Smoking/Drinking: Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the caravan are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities during the trip will lead to immediate termination of the service without refund.
- Driver Respect: Passengers are expected to treat the driver with respect. The driver’s decision regarding safety and route (considering vehicle size) is final.
5. Damages & Liability
The customer is liable for any damage caused to the caravan's interior, upholstery, electronics, or equipment due to negligence or misuse by the passengers.
Repair costs will be charged directly to the customer.
6. Delays & Technical Issues
While we maintain our fleet to the highest standards, Caravan in Delhi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
In case of a breakdown, we will make our best effort to provide an alternative arrangement or a proportionate refund.
7. Permit & Inter-state Taxes
Standard state permits are included in the package. However, any additional parking charges, toll taxes, or specific state entry taxes not mentioned in the quote must be borne by the customer.
